Yeah, that was me. What you see in the pic isn’t even half my flavor stash. Gallons are hiding in my apartment somewhere.
Edit: Oh, and that black drawer thingy in the corner is full of large bottles of flavors.

Amazon delivered the nifty lab jack to go below our overhead mixer. Credit to whoever posted it…somewhere… I can’t remember right now, but thanks for the idea, it’s going to make me love this mixer even more!

The stand was built by @RedForman in less than 5 minutes. The man never ceases to amaze me.

What kind of stirrer do you have? My Corning one (in pic above) has a threaded hole in the back for a rod. I use it to mount a temp probe, bottle drainer, etc. I will probably 3d print a mount for it for my GC when I get it.

Uuuuh… It’s a black one. 
We got it for a KILLER deal on eBay. The power supply says “JJ-1 Precise Strength Power Mixer” and I call the actual stirrer tip part, the mustache. 
If you are looking for anything more technical, @RedForman will have to answer those questions.
