Sort of but the main body is like a cheesy egg custard, but yeah so you can add what needs using a bit of mushroom, bacon, ham veg!
Sort of… think omelette with a pastry base. I tend to make plain ham and cheese ones with a bit of parsley on top but it’s almost endless what you can put in them, that is if you like vegetables
Bacon crust… Make a weave, bake until set up a bit, then add egg mixture and toppings. bake the rest of the way on low to not brutalize the bacon

Kind of a go to dish with me, even though I messed it up still tastes great!
Chorizo hash, with parboiled taters, drained and then cooked in the chorizo grease with onions, jalapeno, sweet bell and mushrooms.
Still getting adjusted to my new pan on the barbeque so the eggs didn’t set up and fell apart when I was scooping.

First time I regretted that we got rid of the deep fat fryer, these baked ones a bit of a pain and turned out a bit rustic but taste great and will be a bit healthier!
