Whatcha Cookin?

Breakfast on the deck. Bacon, eggs, and pancakes. Sorry no pics. Didn’t think of that. Had a red squirrel, a grey squirrel, and a bunch of birds join us.

Yummos, Walt…looks like a feast fit for a King! Amazing how you were able to package up your entire neighbor into that small plastic pouch.

My meal for the day, spent all day yesterday roasting chickens and making stock so I went a little over the 22-24 hours of meal I eat. But this one sure hit the spot.

Chicken, Veggies and a farm fresh egg on top.

Seasoned with Maggie Seasoning, cooked the chicken down with some hot sauce too, 3 cloves of garlic…

Yep, found a locally made Sriracha, it’s pretty thin compared to the Rooster kind you see often… I actually think it’s more of a Frank’s type style, it’s so incredibly good though. No weird ingredients at all.

I usually only eat one meal a day now, meat and veggies and if I put rice in it I cook it in chicken stock. Been doing wonders for the waistline, 350 down to 270 in about 8 months and it’s easier to get into when your country is turning communist.
