I remember it well to, my Mum used to buy these tins and I remember her mixing it up in a large glass jug with a old rotary hand whisk that had the handle on the side that turned the two whisks underneath.
Nice looking recipe mate, thank you for sharing.
I remember it well, Jimmy! Funny how things happen as I age…I can’t remember shit from ten minutes ago, but 50-ish years ago…no problem! LOL
Thanks for checking out my recipe
I’m exactly the same mate, I think I’m stuck in a time warp from the 1970’s-80’s
Same here @JimmyLee, but I’m 80’s and 90’s.
Surprisingly, it came out quite flavorful, for the low overall weight. I got my Choco fix, and that’s what I was after.
I know that years ago @Pro_Vapes made a Milk Chocolate stone with MF’s DC, and TPA’s BC, and the moment I saw that in your mix, I knew it was a winner.
Great minds think alike…hehe
Will let it sit for a few days, before diving into it! Thanks for sharing @marsh8
No problem, hope you enjoy
I think you’re onto something with that Strawberry Rhubarb
@PAPACHiGLY liking what I’m getting in this one I threw together to test.
@marsh8 , The PiCc recipe is really good! Smoooth, and rich. Nice use of the bakeries in the base. When I mix again, I’ll adjust the pineapple/coconut ratio to bring the PA a bit more forward, for my tastes. Well done.
Thanks to @SessionDrummer for that part, it’s the bomb!
I added 1% FLV Pineapple to that pair of PA to bring it forward in another recipe.
Just looked at the recipe again and noticed a typo when I must have transcribed it to VC.
It should be 2% Funky Pineapple. That might explain why you want to bring the PA forward. Oops sorry about that.
That is one of the option’s I thought of, as well. The Coconut is right on, it just needs a little more PA to punch through.
The same reason why Pizza Hut still has a website even though (last I knew) they are owned by PepsiCo.
It’s still a separate business. (Legally, taxably, etc)
That looks delicious I would even double that SSA Ripe Strawberry to 2%
Just got a bunch more SSA flavours in, including plain SSA Rhubarb. It smells STRONG!. but fresh and snappy!
When’s the last time you mixed with Peanut Butter? Yeah, been awhile for me too. This came out PDG, for first shot at it.
That recipe looks bloody good mate and I have saved it to my mixing list. Is there anything that you think might need tweaking?
Hey Jimmy, mix a tester for yourself, and let it sit for 10+ days. If you end up liking it, but something seems off, PM me and we’ll work together to fine tune it for you.
Thanks mate, I will give it a go as soon as I get some free time for mixing which hopefully will be soon.
