For those that don’t know what Turkish Delight is but do know what Jelly Babies are, the texture is very similar to the inside of Jelly babies so a very soft slightly sticky gummy, almost jelly!

As well as the traditional Rose Water flavour you can also get lemon or a mixture of the two so both Rose Pink cubes and Yellow lemon cubes mixed together in icing (powdered) sugar!
Like @Spyce mentioned the Rose Turkish Delight is also available as large blocks covered in Milk Chocolate and this also allows it to be included in boxes of assorted chocolates!

@woftam could this thread be re-named and moved to appropriate section to include the creation of a Turkish Delight recipe as it’s moved on beyond just being about OOO powdered sugar!

Aside from the Powdered Sugar, I was going the suggest a little Lemon Orange Rice Candy (SC) (WF) in the mix and when I did a search of that flavor I found this recipe, may be of some help to you

Yeah I don’t see any Jelly aspect in that but thought it may help a little.
Not sure if anyone suggested Cotton Candy Jelly Bean (SC) (WF) but that’s what’s I would use, maybe at about 0.8 % to start …

That is another i popped in my basket as an option, the Lemon Orange Rice Candy i am not sure i have seen that and the VSO flavours i only know chefs that does them in the UK and they only have 2 in stock and neither are the ones in that recipe!
What would the Lemon Orange Candy add mouth feel wise?

I was just referring to that recipe for the Lemon Orange Rice Candy not the VSO flavors. And I don’t think your looking for a lemon heavy flavor, I would use the Lemon Orange R C LOW just as an accent flavor…
Your gonna need something else to fill in the Jelly mouthfeel part

Really wanted to create my own but tempted to get the Decadent flavours to use as a base, didn’t realise they did one. Really like VTA concentrates but have never seen the Turkish Delight one in the UK didn’t even know they did one until now, i know CCW do one also! Is that DV one a single flavour concentrate or more the finished thing (one shot)?

I have the TD from DV bit I have not tested yet - when i have a bit of free time i will do a little sf for ya bud - but right now super busy organising stuff.

Due to Chefs having a big discount emptied a lot of my Nom Nomz basket because i could get the flavours much cheaper at Chefs so ended up with a small Nom Nomz order and a large Chefs but pretty sure i have now covered all bases to start to mess with the Turkish Delight recipe!

I haven’t noticed that with mine, but I’ll check when I get home.
Either way, you can put the bottle in warm water and then shake- shake.
Did you get it from Chefs? because the Honey Puffs I got from Chefs is ten shades darker than the one I got from OOO, I think chefs has some old stock
