The Girlfriend sautéed half a head of Cabbage for over an hour, in Olive Oil, Cayenne Powder, and a couple of other spices. Added a chopped Onion in toward the end, turned the heat down, and the whole thing darkened/caramelized into some of the best Cabbage I’ve ever had. She’s a keeper!

Beef short ribs turned out great in the slow cooker.

Mango trifle for dessert, was meant to have Nutella in it but didn’t realise that’s what my brother bought it for.

I’d not heard of this, and read up on it, Joel. Basically Hungarys take, on Polish kielbasa, Paprika/Hot Paprika being one of the main ingredients. I’ll try to find this locally…sounds tasty.

They are phenomenal, garlicky, paprika-y, at them as is but next batch I buy I want to get hot dog buns with mustard and pickles
