Sunday Dinner with homemade Yorkshire puds (none of them frozen ready made supermarket shite efforts)!
Now that’s a meal I could get into!
Interesting you posted that. I had never had Yorkshire Pudding before, but kept seeing it on YT when I’d watch cooking vids. Figured I’d give it a shot. Super easy, but not something I’d do very often. I will say though that I stuffed these two, although I didn’t take a photo afterward. I made a brown gravy, chopped some smoked brisket and mixed that. Then stuffed them with mashed potatoes and the brisket mixture. Very damn good.
Most people over here would just buy them ready cooked frozen from the supermarket but they are small and flat, homemade are 10 times better and so easy and cheap to make, yours look great!
We also put a larger amount of the mix in a casserole dish with sausages, that’s called Toad In The Hole!
Probably works better in social situations instead of Sausage in The Hole

Pulled pork, arugula, olive oil toasted sour dough, carmelized onions, Hickory Brown Sugar BBQ sauce and garlic mayo
Not made Sour Dough for years and love caramelised onions! Not familiar with Arugula if that’s the green salad looks similar to Rocket!
Yeah, always like the sweet and spicy combo, sandwich was pretty heavy and hand to lay down for a bit for a bit of a snooze.
Scoffing homemade rice pudding complete with nutmeg rich thick skin, yummy!
Home made chicken stock to make soup. must be just about finished in the pressure cooker. I got a bit more stock than I needed somehow I’ve always been able to make a lot out of nothing when cooking.
Taking a bowl to Mum n Dad to show off
