Yep, those days of standing on a box to see when we were the best team in Europe seems a lifetime ago!

This actually IS a “Mostly Peaceful Protest”, NOT like what we saw the ENTIRE SUMMER previously.

Not usually a fan of American Muscle cars but this thing is just stunning.

I am currently waiting for my new to me Mustang to get shipped from the USA.

I am going to do a full bare-metal restore on her and put a coyote mustang engine and transmission in her. So the body will be OG 68 mustang and the interior will be updated and the drive train will be modern.

I have a couple of years work to do - when it arrives I will start a resto thread for all the gear heads.

Did you restore this one or buy it like that?

Na I did it all it was a bit of a mess when I first got it - it was running (but had a cracked head) also had rusted out in several places including the floor and rear quarters

My first car! Got for a graduation present in 1982. My mother paid $1800 for it.

A couple of girls may or may not have lost their innocence in it. I ain’t telling.

Never gave much thought to something like this…amazing!

Calving is when chunks of ice break off at the terminus, or end, of a glacier. Ice breaks because the forward motion of a glacier makes the terminus unstable. We call these resulting chunks of ice “icebergs.”

Icebergs can be BIG. At least one has been seen that’s as big as the state of Rhode Island!
