Indeed. It reduces waste when you don’t like things: I always get whinged at for melting moulds and destroying blanks once I’ve completed the finished work.

I managed to watch a little of it. I have to disagree with the guy.
Not that I agree with any of the other ‘visions’ others provide.
Having an economy based on continuous growth is not feasible on a planet with limited resources.
That’s why there are so many wars. They got to get their hands on more and more to keep it going.
Where is the world more peaceful than ever before?
Capitalism might have made us more prosperous than ever before, but most of the shit people acquire is useless and doesn’t make them happy in the least.
No matter how much they get, there’s always that big, empty hole inside that cannot be filled.
Happiness is not part of the equation. Personal growth and development are swearwords, anything essential is not even talked about.
If you don’t fit into the unit like the perfect little robot you’re supposed to be, you’re useless.
People who are manipulated on a daily basis by the media, and have to work harder all the time to get all the things that they believe they are entitled to and definitely need, are anything but free, and they are certainly not happy.
Socialism is just as bad. I don’t like people forcing their ideologies on other people.
Thanks for reminding me not to watch this kind of stuff. They’re all a bunch of yapping dogs operating from the same premises, no matter what ideology they adhere to.

I won’t say it’s useless, but I’m sure that like me, you’ve got many others already.
So basically you don’t need it. Those resources could have been used for something else.
I’ve stopped buying gear many years ago btw. It was getting ridiculous, since I was getting a lot of shit send over to review too.
It got to the point that I didn’t even want to unbox the things any longer.
Just another device doing what all the others do too.

It was too flat. I was holding it and then a different shape came in my mind.
No glazing I think. So far I’ve been thinking along the lines of oil paint.
But, anything could happen.
I never know what I end up with at the start. Just vague ideas that take shape along the way.
I’ve read interviews with writers that say the same thing about their stories.
They don’t know. Sometimes they think they are finished with a story, only to discover the story isn’t finished with them yet.
It reminds me of life.

I’m aware of that. You can’t see it from this angle, but there’s a nice little space between the head and the foreskin.
I tend to keep it that way. I can always enhance with tools later.
It has to dry properly first or it will break.
I already broke off one of the back legs. That’s why I took the picture from this angle.
Sheer impatience on my part.
I will have to do it again, after the additions have dried properly.
A well, I can paint the remaining windowsill while I’m waiting.
