@marsh8: could you describe the flavor of your red express ? Sounds interesting, but I can’t „think“ the taste.
I was surprised how well the raspberry went with the espresso, I was more or less playing around.
For me the raspberry’s sweetness and a hint of tartness comes through first. The coffee is mild to mid strength and heavy on the sweetish cream.
Plays really well, something I want to try more of.

Hard to describe other than, it’s just as it’s name “crumble topping”
Only used it in three recipes, a strawberry that flopped, this one came out awesome, and I got an apple crisp steeping. I can see this being great in a coffee cake recipe!

add a magic drop of MF Lemon zing and how could you go wrong.
Cracking open Another LCW recipe today, think it’s the second recipe I mixed with the LCW, I’ve mixed this one several times and it’s Funky Good
