Try putting your words into Simplified Chinese. They may not have access to Google translateā¦ But at least they could reply in their native dialect, and you could decode the response.

Update:
GeekVape came through and I believe is doing the right thing. I have been informed that engineers are looking into the incident. That is the best I can anticipate. They took care of the case without challenge or exception to my investigating the problem as well.

Me too my friend. Me too. You and I both know the nature of the beast and these things can and do happen. We have both made a damn good living because they do. I think you will agree, itās all about what the company does with an incident such as this.
