That Cherry Crush-FW looks interesting. Doesn’t seem to have gotten much use, here, on the VCC though. Is it a re-up for you, SD?

@whthek, yes it’s a re-up, and it’s a pretty good one. Underrated, and underused I feel …

Wow. It was beginning to look like anything Cherry was going to come across as medicinal, floral, or just plain OFF-putting. Have not had great results with cherry flavorings yet. Until now. Be advised, I am re-testing some of the previous brands to see if I tested them too high. With this one, even at 7% (I intentionally tested it high) was very good. I am getting nothing chemical, or medicinal from this, nothing floral or perfumey, but a good cherry. This is very similar to a Cherry Crush soda, or maybe a Cherry water ice. It leans towards artificial, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Just because it doesn’t taste like a natural cherry per se, it’s pretty damned good, out of the gate, and at 7%. It doesn’t appear to be a single cherry, but hints of maraschino, maybe some black, maybe another, but combined. It is very full, and actually pretty good as a SF. I’m going to be testing INW Cherry and Cherries to see if they could be used to build this up or not. Surely some Stevia could help make this pop even more. Without testing, am fairly sure the typical cherry boosters would work with this, i.e. Almond, Marzipan, etc. Out of the gate, this one really works, and with NO off putting notes, nicely full bodied, good sweetness, and a hint of punch on the top end, this one’s a keeper. Easily 9.5/10.

You’ve done FW testing, and just not posted them here, on VC?

No that was before I started officially testing.

The two BB’s are for mixing SD’s :backhand_index_pointing_down:

All the rest, except the Popcorn(s) are newbies to me.

Some recent arrivals again - from Bull City Flavors:

I was low on CAP Sugar Cookie and I’ve been using that a lot. I specifically bought CAP Cookie Crumble and FA Cookie Premium to mix Lynda Marie’s Cookie Crack Butter (with a couple of subs unfortunately), and I have that steeping.

From Nom Nomz:

The FA Oatmeal cookie only comes in 10 mls, so I peeled the label an threw it in a bigger bottle. I love this flavor and wanted to stock up. I bought the Nomz Waffle (SC) specifically to mix @whthek’s Pumpkin Waffle (Final):

I was reminded by @SessionDrummer that the Chef’s SC line was acquired by Nom Nomz, and @whthek mentioned that he thought he finally cracked the code on this recipe with Chefs Waffle - I’ll be mixing it soon (again with one sub that hopefully won’t hurt too much). I went through 12 different versions of this profile with the flavors I had and simply could not nail it. Huge profs to @whthek for finally smashing the button.

I also have a hardware purchase arriving soon, and I can’t wait for that - pics coming soon! Good luck everyone!

Whole lotta winners there @CaptainKirk.

Hey Kirk! I hope you like it. Lemme know either way. Give it plenty of ‘sitting’ time. Couple weeks…

I also mixed that recipe of Lynda’s. Fyi, if you like Lemon, try adding your fave to it. I used .2% Lemon-MF. Yum!

That’s ALWAYS a reason for celebration

I thought so too because I used reviews from a trustworthy source I know well! I have to say that I’m most looking forward to the INW Raspberry, Nomz Waffle, and VSO Malt. The only natural raspberry I have is FA, and I’ve noted the floral aspects when I’ve used it - it’s not my first choice. I think VSO Malt is going to go great in some cereal, milkshakes, ice creams, or chocolate recipes I’ve got my eye on.

:ok_hand: :+1:

I’m actually stoked - found something I’ve been looking for going on months now. Can’t wait 'til it lands!

The Eagle Has Landed!

At the time, I bought what was the last available QP Designs Fatality M30 Limited Edition, and it happened to be in my favorite gunmetal. I just looked back at the QP website and and there were some more units that were available, but I believe those are now gone. However, there are currently some decks available, only in black. If you need a deck, I’d hurry. I’ve been looking for an M30 for months, and I can’t believe how absolutely lucky I was that a few became available. I don’t mind saying though - I paid an exorbitant price for this little beauty. I just disassembled and cleaned it, parts are drying, and I can’t wait to build it! QP threw in a set of QP tweezers, 7 battery wraps, and a KiK lanyard.

Very nice to not only have a stellar tank, but also a piece of history @CaptainKirk.

Thanks out to @wllmc I finally got the Honey Roasted while it was in stock.

I have little doubt - the reviews were all stellar.

Couldn’t agree more. At one point I was looking for a Voltrove 30V3, but I missed the boat on that, so I kinda feel like I deserved to win one! I know that you have a Fatality 28 @SessionDrummer , and @whthek has a Fatality M30. I’ve seen every kind of build - from 3mm to 3.5s, to 4mm - what have you guys been running?

I’ve got a pair of Ni80 Mohawks in mine, @CaptainKirk .They’ve been in there for quite awhile, and I’ve lost the specs. They’re either 3, or 3 1/2mm ID. They stay super clean!
