Top tip this one @woftam thank you. Just making some new SS tri-core fused claptons and I used a lighter (I don’t have a blowtorch thingy) to heat up the wire till it glowed, all the way along and there’s literally no springiness now.
Another lesson learned!

The guys just an out and out legend, such a top bloke, hoping to go for a drink with him in July when I’m down his neck of the woods

I thought the Ragnar was next month! lol
Next month came early!
Gotta find a use for all these sc stickers!
You need a Steam Crave Sticker Album!
Got a pair of these coils with the ragnar but the label nor their website, says what material they are made with. Anyone know?

Don’t know for sure but N80 gets pretty close resistance wise (can’t really tell due to the spacing)
Hmm ok, thanks Simon.
The coils here (scroll down) that do show the material they are made from, are all ni80.
ni80 = n80 tomAto /tomato
They are not Kanthal or the resistance would be around .5
SS 316l would be around .25
So I am fairly sure they are nichrome n80
Cool, thanks Detective Woftam!
2 options when no wire material is mentioned more often than not would mean Kanthal but the resistance suggests otherwise so I just think they forgot to input wire type in error lower down and would also go with Ni80 because I am a tomAto!
Tbh I didn’t even notice that you put n80 until you pointed it out ![]()
Now you got the Ragnar, you might soon need another device lol, the Supreme 3 looks damn good on the Hadron Lite SBS Mod!
It looks pretty good on my L200 though to be fair ![]()
And that takes 2 batteries not 1!
Portability, I never go out with a dual battery brick!
The L200 is hardly a brick lol! It fits nicely in my pocket. I’d take the frickin titan out with me if it didn’t weigh half a ton ![]()
Wait until summer when you have to wear something which allows you to carry your mod sweating your b8ll8cks off or carry a dual battery mod all the time, a single battery mod just slips in a small pocket!
