I would have at least expected to see the parts sliding around, but I don’t. It’s like there’s super glue in there!

Little heat with the wifes hair dryer aughta make the metal grow enough to get it apart.

I read that/tried that. To me that seems counter intuitive. My pa taught me this and I still remember it.
Thermal expansion. Heat causes things to expand, so it seems like it would make things tighter.
My logic (and another article I read said to) toss it in the freezer. That didn’t work either. I should have thought that’d work. Shrink the metal, thereby pulling it away from the o rings, which also should have shrunk.
How-some-ever! Soaked it in 70/30 VG/PG. Took a bit to find the right 4 letter words, but they slip right off and on now.
