Ah, couscous… One of my favourite foods, what made me really happy was when I walked into a shop years ago and they were selling halwa. I only knew that stuff from Arabian nights and for me it was like walking into a shop were they were selling magic carpets and lamps

I’m a big fan of couscous as well:) one of my favorite things is making traditional Spanish paella and replacing the rice with couscous, so good:)
