Well there you go, you’ve got a 0.9 ohm short on the atty, that should be wide open. Sounds like something that was SUPPOSED to be insulated was/is not.

Well (2) 0.15 ohm coils in parallel, paralleled with a 0.9 ohm comes out to 0.0692308 Ω
