Are disposable vapes any good?

Is it right to use disposable VAPE to quit smoking

If it works for you then there is nothing whatsoever wrong with it - personally, I am not a huge fan of them but at the end of the day do what you need to do and use whatever you can.

You can… however, it is more expensive and you really can not customize how your vape tastes.

Haven’t tried one myself but starting to see them in local shops.

Anything to quit Smoking is a no brainer!
Vaping is much better than smoking in my opinion, and after 42 years of the stinky sticks I can safely say it helped me tremendously :ok_hand:

Why do disposable e-cigarettes often leak oil?

Could you post a link to the disposable vape you are using?
Personally I wouldn’t use any vape device if it contains Oil

38 years on and off for me and vaping did the trick! If disposables are your go-to, any port in a storm! Do what you got to do but get away from the cancer sticks!

Hi All,
Hi @Feemovape - welcome to VC. I’m one of the moderators here at Vaping Community, and I wanted to mention that there has been a recent change to our rules. We here at Vaping Community do not condone the long term use of disposables, so this question is not really of concern to the users here. If you’ve not yet, please have a look at our Rules+Info. Good Luck!

I think that’s a fair point. Disposables might not be for everyone, but they can still serve a purpose for some people starting out. I quit smoking myself and switched to vaping, and my first proper device came from https://ecigone.co.uk/ . For me it was just about finding something that made the transition easier, so if disposables help someone take that first step, they still have some value.

Some adults do use disposable vapes as a step away from cigarettes, and for some it can reduce exposure to the harmful chemicals produced by burning tobacco.

That said, disposables still usually contain nicotine, which is addictive, and they’re not risk-free. Ideally, the goal would be to fully quit nicotine over time, not just switch long-term from one product to another.

If someone is trying to quit smoking, it’s worth also considering proven options like nicotine replacement therapy (patches, gum) or speaking with a healthcare professional for support. The “right” choice really depends on the person but the safest end goal is being smoke-free and nicotine-free.
