There is a rate of usage pdf… as well as all of my recipes from 4 yrs ago till now… I think around 900 recipes? Something like that

Welcome @usr_local. There’s a place for lurkers here. I found this place researching, then buying, the Game Changer Homogenizer, and have made this my second home! My patience for creating great recipes was always tested by steep times before tweaking the recipe some… I lost interest in the recipe and moved on to another. I dont have to wait for steep times anymore! and the knowledge I get from these women on here and some of the guys too, has really edged my mixing to a whole new level. Try not to stay silent all the time. We value your insights! Happy mixing!
