No, some will say it does based on top airflow use to have less superior flavour but those that tend to say modern top airflow designs lack flavour haven’t even tried one but base their opinion on distant past experience or the most common thing in vaping just say it because others have told them, little sheep!
Modern top airflow are top to bottom clever designs and you get the same bottom airflow as you do on a bottom slot tank it’s just the air enters via the top giving it a much more leak resistant design!

Even one of the best flavour producing MTL RTA’s have a top to bottom airflow design, that’s the Expromizer V4!
