I drink espresso by the mug full, usually Italian like lavaza or illy, it’s hard to find good coffee in stores here as we are such a tea drinking nation 
Yeah I got the impression it’s a rabbit hole from youtubers etc. I will check out the nic river if I can get it here, can’t remember if chefs stock it off the top of my head. Thanks man🙏🏻
