No brains or entrails lol but I do eat some organs, chicken livers are delicious, beef liver is a little rich for me, same as deer liver, just too much of an iron taste to be enjoyable. I like chicken gizzards flavor but they make my jaw hurt they are so chewy lol, and I’ve got a damn fine woman, she killed her first deer last fall and can out-fish most men I know lol

What’s better than venison? Venison wrapped in bacon! I got an 8 point a few ago and wrapped the loin in bacon. Good shit I tell ya!
