Nope. My house is 55 sq meters, my backyard is 35 sq meters and my front yard about 15.
Maybe some wires got crossed. We are using the metric system. Over where you are, they are always talking about sq feet. It confuses the hell out of me.
Richard Pryor is back!
Damn! I could fit 3 of your houses in mine and still have room a a small bathroom, bedroom and kitchen!
Google says my 1,900 sq’ house is 176.5158 sq meters. Ours in the smallest model here. Some of these houses are, 325.1606 sq meters.
When I went to school, they didn’t teach the metric system. Knew nothing about metric 'till I went to the hardware store looking for wrenches.
How many rooms and baths is that? We have 4 bedrooms, 2 & 1/2 baths, kitchen, living room, dinning room and living room. 3 out of 4 bedrooms are 9.2903 sq meters, the 4th is 13.9355 sq meters. The master bathroom is the same as the bedroom.
Thought we need so many bedrooms since family come out a few times a year. Hind sight, we could have had a much smaller house payment and put the little snots up at a hotel.
We moved from Michigan here to California for a job for the wife. everything is huge and expensive as hell.
We’re looking for a house in what we call the Midwest. With the equity we have in this house we can buy a house for cash.
I would feel lost in a house that big. Plus keeping it clean must be some doing. I can hardly keep up the 55 ![]()
Everything is relative. There are houses in Amsterdam that fit in my backyard and people buy them too ![]()
A lot of times less IS more.
You got that right! ![]()
Less to heat, cool, clean, insure, repair, AND, … pay TAXES ON !!!

Okay, I have GOT to see a photo!
Of my backyard, or my house? You’ll have to wait. It looks like they are taking the scaffolding down that’s been there since the end of May.
I can put my stuff back where it belongs. I’ve never been so pleased to hear the sound of banging ![]()
Finally I will have my garden back.
It turns out that only the scaffolding at the front of the house has been taken down.
I saw the guys building up scaffolding further down in the neighbourhood and asked them when they were taking down the scaffolding in the back.
I had assumed they would continue taking the rest down today. So much for assumptions ![]()
It might be only toward the end of next week. I will keep that date as a given.
Anything happening earlier will be a pleasant surprise.
He managed to get to 76! With his lifestyle that is miraculous ![]()

The Bread is IN, at Bull City Flavors !!!
I asked if they might carry it, and next thing I know, I get an email, “It’s ON the way” !!!
BCF rocks, as well as @wllmc.
I liked how he did the captions. This kind of reminded me of a video you posted long ago…I believe it was a guitarist who lost sound, and the tech came out on stage. It took a couple of minutes, but he got the guy back up just in time for his lead, and they never stopped playing the tune!
Yeah @whthek he’s got even MORE vids, and some are even better. It’s a really behind the scenes look at what really goes on before, during and after shows. The amount of tech involved (specifically the use of click tracks, samples, etc.), and how dependent shows can be on everything working exactly right. 99.99% of the time, the crowd never even notices LOL.
Yeah, that’s the hard part LOL. Again, you do it enough, no one even knows what’s going on, or the stress (LOL) that the performers are under, but keeping it cool.
God forbid it says what I’m thinking.
Just had an OUTSTANDING interaction on Reddit. You who know me, know I post my reviews on numerous sites. Most have particular rules, limitations, even requirements for posting. I typically fine tune the reviews, upload or host the images, and try to copy/paste where I can, as even doing that, take s a lot of time, let alone hand coding each individual review for each site. I ended up getting caught by a script, and one of my reviews got blocked. A quick chat with a MOD, and fixed on the spot. Had a chance to chat with him a bit, and not only was he generous, and kind, but helpful, and really did care about the vaping community at large, and people who support it.
I’m not on Reddit all of the time, but do try and post all of my reviews there, as they have a LARGE audience. I took my fair share of lumps when I started posting there, and completely borked up my posts until I figured out the syntax there. Now that I think about it, every time I’ve had to hit a MOD up, it’s been a good time. Today’s interaction however, was for a lack of better word, encouraging to say the least.
I’m not name dropping, but I know who the MOD was, and #Respect.
