A bit I guess, my respirator I wear at night has given me a bit more energy for once in what feels like my whole adult life. The sleep specialist said I had the second worst case of apnea he’s seen. Severe is considered 30 events and up, mine was 112 an hour and he figures I’ve had it since my 20s.
I am losing weight mostly because I live in a socialist country. Can only afford to eat one decent meal a day with some apples, water and coffee. Doing good in that sense.
As for the sauce in the stir fry, I do light soy, maggi seasoning, fish sauce and a small amount of oyster. Since losing my kidney the sodium can’t be too heavy so I go light but treat myself once in awhile with a few more shakes of each.
You could also do dan dan mian which is a nice tangy, nutty, savoury salty and spicy sauce. It’s Chinese and quite good but ingredients are hard to find.
Would trade it all for a fat ribeye but if I eat too much meat I piss like crazy since losing my kidney, but enjoy it while that lasts I guess
That’s a cool set, I seen Amazon now stocks those HOTO 24-1 multibillion screw drivers. The ultimate driver for vaping as most of my stuff is hex, but it’s such a nice tool
Have you tried oyster sauce, mirin, rice vinegar for a basic sauce. With that base mix you can change it up with sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh herbs, wine of choice, etc. The possibilities are endless.
I do like Sake, Letitia, and from what I’ve read, Mirin is similar. I always have Spiced Rice Vinegar on hand, as well as Balsamic. Never used Oyster Sauce, or Sesame Oil. These ingredients all sound very interesting though! Thanks
