It doesn’t come into effect until the 5th as far as I know (it could be ups that is the 5th, so confusing)- but I also don’t think the USPS guidelines have been finalised as yet

The U.S. Postal Service ban on mailing vaping products will go into effect on April 27, 2021. After this date , customers will no longer be able to receive vaping products by way of USPS delivery.
That would be great fun!!! Probably the first and possibly only good thing to come out of this mess.
