Well, my most recent order of $125, from www.eightvape.com did not go good, like the previous one I posted in this thread, back on Jan.20th. Tracking showed that I signed for it on Sat. Mar. 19th. I was home at the time it was supposedly left here, but it was not.

Well, my most recent order of $125, from www.eightvape.com did not go good, like the previous one I posted in this thread, back on Jan.20th. Tracking showed that I signed for it on Sat. Mar. 19th. I was home at the time it was supposedly left here, but it was not. Anyway, having been in contact with www.route.com , the shipping insurance I(thankfully) paid for, I’ve got to go file a police report in the morning, and forward it to them before they’ll refund me. Will update here, as this works it…

GOT IT

After two(unanswered) emails to 8Vape, 10 emails(back and forth), with route.com, a trip to my local PD, and finally, direct contact with Casey at Gio Express(the final leg shipper), my delivery arrived yesterday evening! Though I was given a few ‘hoops’ to jump through with Route, Luc was very proactive in answering my emails, and supplying me with contact info I wanted. Casey assured me that my package would either be found in their possession, or replaced. Well, 8hrs. after my phone call with her, I found it in my mailbox

I hear what you’re saying, Wayne, but the reality is we just don’t have the option’s we once had. There was no choice of carrier available during checkout, like the old day’s. There were three different tracking/order numbers associated with this order, as one carrier hands off to another during the trip. It’s amazing they find their way at all! I’m glad that I took the time to persue this to a successful end.

Feel free to ignore the scummy keyboard. All 3 5th anniversary Gold tanks now. I actually have 2x Gold plus v2 as I was sent one by mistake after ordering the v3 and they had all gone by the time I called them so just kept the extra v2.
