I was wondering if you guys were readers at all and if so, which book(s) are you reading currently?
Myself I have a huge list, I found a number of cool accounts on the tweeter so I’ve been collecting and grabbing used books at the 3 used book stores by my place.
It’s kind of a manual for the radicalized lefties, socialists/antifa types… It’s because the tactic manual for how they react and get others to react in conversation. It’s a good way to find out how they work and in turn how to know you’re dealing with these extremist types, activists or whatever. Been interesting so far, but I’m not far into it at all.
I’m reading Mattias Desmet’s The Psychology of Totalitarianism.
That is a very interesting book. It puts everything that’s been happening over the years, and is happening still, in a completely different light.
I’m reading a book by Tom O’Neill called Chaos.
He was asked in 1999 to write a piece about the Manson family for Premiere.
It was the 30th anniversary and they wanted something from a different angle, which was hard to do since it’s been rehashed over and over.
He had 3 months to write about 5000 words.
The article has never been published. It took him on a investigative journey that took 20 years and turned into a book.
It basically shreds Bugliosi’s Helter-Skelter. The guy left a lot of stuff out to fit the narrative of his book.
Good read.
