I am trying for the notes. Right now I have yet another site issue… will be fixed by tomorrow, I hope!
Most are placeholders till I can sort thru my boxes of notes I have… but trying to give rates and recipes…
Once I have the site stable again, will see what I can do on a dark theme… I have to agree… the white is hard on the eyes, no matter age!!

@SthrnMixer … you might want to add that simple recipe on the page…
I can vouch for the Kinako Soy and Avocado together… is down right tasty!! Try it out… use
.6% Kinako Soy
1.2% Avocado
and let this sit for eh… give it 5 days… after the 5 days… you won’t see much change… except… it will only get better… that is, if you mixed a large enough bottle size for a few weeks haha!

OK, ok, OK. @SmokyBlue was kind enough (as always) to just up and ship out something random to me, and it was called “Crunch”.
Now this TEENY little bottle of flavor (One Shot), was enough for an ENTIRE 60ml bottle !!!
We ALL know she LOVES FLV flavors, and their “Ultra” status, and this flavor shot continues that trend.
Now she didn’t give me ANY details on this one, and I’m just now getting into it.
Now, I had no clue what a “Crunch” was supposed to be or taste like, but thus far, I’m actually getting an almost delicious S’mores out of this. I will post back more, but for now, Crunch = Delicious-ness.
