Hi Folks
I have a couple of recipes where I need to boost jam flavour. Both Raspberry and separately Strawberry please. I am in the UK.

Mike, Jammy Berry-Flavorah is one that comes to mind…use it low.

I like a touch of apricot sometimes and works for both raspberry and strawberry. Keep it very low either Molinberry or Sasami are my choice for apricot.
A strawberry dominate jam I tend to use OOO Strawberry Jam and either VT Glazed Strawberry or INW Shiaha Strawberry.

Interesting, very very interesting. I found that I like apricot vapes and I like Flavorah and Inawera but will try the ones you suggest. Thanks for that.

Does using jams instead of normal strawberry make it a richer taste or ?

Just wondering if it’s something to try in a cheesecake recipe for added sweetness and depth.
