Hi Dennis - I just left you a comment on your Grandmaster recipe that I finally sampled. I much prefer your recipe ( with a couple of minor subs - I hope you’ll forgive me), and your recipe has notes that seem to stand out a bit more than another recipe I just tried. As I mentioned, I may try it with TPA Bourbon or WF Aged Bourbon Cream for the TPA Jamaican Rum (and don’t get me wrong - it’s great with the rum), but my search for a Grandmaster recipe is over. Great Job Dennis - my Thanks and sincerest compliments.
