This coil master jig is easy mode.
11 wrap, 4mm ID, Ni80 Dual Core Fused Claptons.
They ended up at .41ohms after tweaking etc to get rid of hotspots.

Those aren’t coils, they’re shotgun shells !!!
Wow, I would love to have that on my desk at home. It’s probably been photoshopped but it’s still a cool thing to look at.
