I’ve been trying to find the perfect rda mod for my juggernaut2 my profile and now this apocalypse 25 so im trying my vandy vape guar-21 idk if this is normal but my rda is so hot I can burn my hands and lips. I am chhokkedd!!

It’s normal if you’re using Kanthal coils. Try Ni80, if you’re not already.

I can’t say with your particular RDA. I’ve had some which were inherently hot. The Lost Vape Delirium V2 comes to mind. Hot AF! I had another…the Wasp…and not the Wasp Nano. It had an aluminum sleeve that slid over top of an Ultem chamber. OMG that had such great flavor, but sadly some of that flavor was burnt skin from my lips. 
You may be doing nothing wrong at all.
