Do you like Bar-Bee-Que?

@SmokyBlue loved it, starting with the note …

@SmokyBlue it says a LOT about two guys, espeically guitar and drums, to have just TWO on stage, carrying everything.

Cheers!! I’m extremely picky when it comes to food.
I was missing a few ingredients than what would normally be on there, but these turned out great anyway.
Cobs of fresh corn is then norm, it’s my favourite way to eat corn, straight on the barbie in the husk
And the potatoes normally have meat added as well, either bacon, chorizo or salami,

Yum! Must be rib eye on the bone night, I had the same but no pics, no lunch so it was gone as it hit the plate.
I hope you got all the flavour from the bottom of that pan for some kick arse gravy. That’s how I get the supercharged farting gravy. Extra flavour equals lots of farting after dinner!

Never had it @marsh8 , tell me about it. Is it steak like…pork like…texture, taste

@whthek I have rung around the family to get some more input, my bros a chef and mum had to get a vote. that’s where I learnt to cook.

The texture of beef, but lamb has to be less 12 months to be legit so it is like butter in your mouth. Slaughtered from 4 months…
A little bit gamier was my bro’s description, not how I thought about it but makes sense sort of.
It’s a sweeter meat if that makes sense. Love my lamb, would be a toss up between that and beef for my favourite.
A long way off pork!
Check out an old Aussie ad for a laugh…

PS You don’t want fuckin Mutton!!!

I am adding(trying this meat) to my bucket list! Sounds like more of a delicacy, than an everyday meal.
Can it be cooked medium/rare, or ?

And I take it momma sheep is a bit horrible

Video funny!

Thank’s for the rundown @marsh8 ! :ok_hand:

It should be rare, blood pouring out is how you’d sometimes get it. I’m not talking like a blue steak but fairly rare.

Yeah, mumma sheep is horrid, more like goat if you’ve had that.
I take it you’ve never heard the saying “mutton dressed as lamb”
