The tighter you can keep the wraps over your cores, the more liquid they’ll hold, giving you more flavor, OG. Except for the top photo, you’ve got the ‘stretch’ down good!

I’ve been working on a bit of a combo project—designing a custom build mat specifically for coil building and putting together a full tutorial to go with it. The idea is to make life easier, especially for guys trying to get those aliens just right.
Here’s a pic of the mat so far—keen to hear what you guys think!

I needed a coils for my Hammer of God and Tauren Vortex combo. Something big and with high resistance. So I made this.

I just felt the need to show off my Alien Coils. Ni80 Kidney Puncher 3x 26g cores with a 36g Alien wrap. 5 wraps with a 3mm ID. Resistance is 0.11ohm.

I’m actually thinking of taking the messed up wires and coils and using them to make a Damascus blade. Not sure if it will work, but could be fun to try.
