I better make an overly sweet blend with creamy and bakery notes. I’ll call it ‘sell-out’ as anything that is not within that niche range isn’t even considered. But, it’s the fun of this world: candy, fruit and bakery blends entice most and fuel media headlines, while the cocktail, tobacco and herbal side of blenders are brushed aside by most.
