Nice to see the pro mixers using that cake batter at higher levels than what I was shamed for years ago… Interesting, has the DIY community been shedding some ego? Have the conformists gotten bored of the less is more mantra?

I was never on that band wagon… I use what I use and don’t care what the total % are the mix needs what it needs… Ooops showing my rebel self again

There was a local Juice Maker here, always wanted to bug him about his recipe now that he’s closed shop but he had a recipe that was the most amazing Custard flavour and he claims he only used cake flavours… I think that was one of the ingredients.
