I need to contact @SessionDrummer and ask him how he fixed me up,previously. I installed an add-on into Firefox that rotates photo’s,but, it only does so until I leave the page. When I come back, it’s sideways again.
For the sake of clarity @RedForman, I’m not yelling at you…that’s my way of saying,goddamn technology.

Yeah,like I explained to @WickedFog, the orientation is correct on my phone…it’s something to do with the file as it’s transferred to VC. Oh well, maybe it’ll resolve on it’s own. In the meantime when ya’ll see a sideways pic you’ll know who it’s from before looking for a name!

Just for information on your sideways pictures
Discourse will orient the picture from the exif tags contained within it. Once it has done so it will strip out all the exif tags so that any location tags will not leak. Now the issue arises with some phones that if you have location tagging turned off it also turns off a few of the other tags (including the orientation tag) so it will be down to the phone as to if those tags are present or not.
Copy a picture to your pc and look at the exif tags and see if it has the Orientation tag in it then check if the number corresponds to what it should be

I switched settings in iOS Camera from ‘High Efficiency’ to ‘Most Compatible’…appears to have fixed. I was not able to see any exif tag info on photo saved from iCloud to desktop,Simon.
