You could probably get very close with Hard Crack Toffee from VTA it has both toffee notes and coffee notes if i were going to make this I would definitely use this as my main flavour.
Depending on which you want forward you could use Horned Toffee INW to boost the toffee.
To bring the coffee forward I would maybe go with some Up from FA or VSO Espresso .
If you want to boost the coffee a tiny bit and add some some milky goodness I would maybe think about Coffee Milk Froth VTA.
All the Flavours I have mentioned are pretty strong so I would start using any them all under 1% and build it up if you feel the need.
