Just a thought for you guys.
I bought a couple of cheap single cell LED flashlights to put my old 18650 batteries into. They might be old and not good enough for a mod, but for a cheap flashlight, they’re great.
If they hold a charge and don’t have other “issues” they get flashlight duty.
Physically damaged cells or not holding a charge, get recycled.

Exactly what I did they hold charge long enough for the flashlight.
