Huracan Tank
The included all-new Huracan tank is a top air-flow sub-ohm tank made from stainless steel with a whopping 6ml e-liquid capacity. Measuring 26 mm with the bubble glass fitted. There is chunky knurling on the top cap which provides excellent grip.
The Top cap on the Huracan is removed easily by a quarter turn and reveals large kidney shaped fill holes. A free moving adjustable air flow ring with just enough tension to hold it in place to where you set your air flow preference. A comfortable 810 drip tip is held snugly in place with an internal o-ring.
Top air flow means no leaks, and the way the air intakes into the tank is like it has an inbuilt vapor chamber to get the air to the coil.
The Huraacan is not compatible with all the coils in the BP mesh range, check out the list below of suitable coils.

Aspire Huracan EX Mod
On the front panel, it houses a round indented fire button and +/- control keys, which are slightly raised and easily reachable by the fingers. Under the +/- adjustment keys, there is the sliding on/off button. This option allows you to quickly deactivate the mod when you want to safely store it in your pocket, or activate it instantly when you decide to use it again. The EX has a 0.96″ TFT colour screen features vibrant colours, and a Type-C USB port at the bottom.
The Huracan EX at the rear offers a comfortable a grip, combining visual appeal, With an X styled strapping going across the rear, it gives an aesthetically pleasing look to the device. Up top, you have a secure 510 plate that can house tanks up to 30 mm without any over hang.
On the bottom, the battery door has venting holes and a flip up tab and threads on and off nicely with good threading. There is a rubber ring surrounding the battery door that helps to stop the mod sliding around when you place in down. Inside the battery chamber, there are clear battery orientation markings.

Press the fire button 3 times to lock the device, and press the + and - buttons simultaneously to lock or unlock the adjustment. To adjust the brightness of the screen, press the fire button and the -button and adjust it to your liking.

The Huracan EX has added safety of Aspires ASP Chipset for built-in protection against any abnormal battery related malfunctions.
Performance
Starting off with the pre-installed 0.3 Ohm coil, this battery friendly BP coil performs very well. It produces great flavour and produces luke warm vapour because the maximum power for this coil is 40 Watts. You really need to crank down the massive dual air flow slots as this tank produces a lot of airflow wide open. The coil’s longevity is good, as we have come to expect from Aspires BP range.
Next up the slightly more powerful 0.17 Ohm coil which can run up to 55 Watts. This coil produces more of the warmth to the vapour production and gives a slightly better vape. The Flavour is excellent and this is my preferred coil to use in this tank.
Final Thoughts
The Huracan EX kit performed well during testing. No issues or cons to report. No leaking or gurgling from the Sub-Ohm tank, and the mods form factor works well with day to day usage.100 Watts of power on demand and battery usage was efficient. I like the feel of this device in the hand. This kit will appeal to the people that enjoy sub-ohm vaping and will provide a magnificent experience.
