Design and Features
Right out of the box, the Cyber GT immediately stands out due to its large 2400mAh integrated battery, which is impressive for a device of this size. Aspire has cleverly designed it to resemble a side-by-side mod, utilizing a transparent material for the pod sled and pod, giving it a futuristic and sleek aesthetic.
The front panel of the Cyber GT keeps things clean and user-friendly. The single circular fire button, adorned with Aspire’s logo, doubles as a wattage output display, adding both functionality and style. Just below the fire button, four LED bars serve as a battery level indicator, offering a quick and easy way to monitor remaining power at a glance. Finally, at the bottom of the device, Aspire has placed a USB Type-C 2A charging port.
On one side of the device, you’ll find Aspire branding, subtly engraved into the side of the panel. Behind the clear front panel, Aspire has included visible (fake?) transistors and circuitry, giving the Cyber GT a futuristic, tech-inspired aesthetic. The two LED diodes either side of the fire button will illuminate after pressing the fire button four times. This allows you to cycle through different activation modes,
- Mode A : Auto-draw
- Mode B : Button activated
- Mode AB : Auto-draw & Button activation
Pressing and holding the fire button to confirm which activation mode you decide, and the lights will blink to confirm. The Cyber GT has three Wattage output levels, indicated by the colour of the LED encased in the fire button when pressed three times,
- Eco: RED
- Normal: BLUE
- Boost : GREEN
To cycle between these power modes, click the fire button three times, and the LED will flash to the wattage setting you chose. And finally, five clicks on the power button to turn the device on or off.
Chipset
Aspire has equipped the Cyber GT with the reliable ASP Chipset , which provides multiple safety features to ensure a secure vaping experience. This includes protection against overcharging, short circuits, and overheating , preventing potential damage to the device and extending its lifespan. Additionally, the chipset features a six-second draw cutoff , safeguarding the coil from overheating due to excessively long puffs. This intelligent system ensures both safety and optimal performance
Pod
The Cyber GT kit includes one TG 0.8 Ω meshed coil pod with a 3ml e-liquid capacity (2ml TPD). Additionally, a 1.0 Ω TG pod is available separately for those who prefer a slightly tighter MTL draw.
The pods are constructed from transparent plastic, allowing for easy e-liquid level monitoring without needing to remove the pod. Refilling is done via a side-mounted silicone plug, which is simple to open and fill.
On the*bottom of the pod, you’ll find:
Magnets
Airflow inlet channel
Battery contact pins
The design ensures a snug and reliable connection in the pod sled/tube when fitted on the device.
Performance
The Cyber GT’s performance can be broken down into two key areas:
Battery Life – The integrated, 2400mAh battery is a standout feature. During testing, I achieved two and a half days of battery life before needing to recharge. For someone busy at work, this extended battery performance was a major plus, eliminating the need for frequent recharges. When it comes to charging, the battery will charge up fully in about 25 minutes.
Pod Performance – The TG 0.8 Ω meshed pod delivers an excellent RDL (Restricted Direct Lung) experience with a tight yet smooth draw. Flavour production is solid, and vapour output is satisfying for its category. Using a 50VG/50PG e-liquid, I encountered no leaks, no gurgling, and no performance issues throughout my testing.
Verdict
Aspire has delivered with the Cyber GT, expanding the Cyber series with a large battery capacity while keeping the design compact and ergonomic. The side-by-side (SBS) aesthetic makes it stand out in the pod marketplace. The TG pods have been a solid performer in previous Cyber releases, and they fit well with this kit. During testing, the included 0.8 Ω pod provided consistent flavour and decent vapour production without any leaking or gurgling issues.
One minor drawback to note—there is no airflow adjustment. While the tight RDL draw worked well for me, some users might prefer more customization.
Overall, if you’re looking for a simple, stylish, and long-lasting pod system, the Cyber GT is a great option, especially for those who value battery life and ease of use.
I would like to thank Aspire for sending the Cyber GT Pod Kit over for review, and I hope you enjoyed reading my thoughts on this one.
