Yeah, I’ve seen that guy mix vodka and jujubes or something…
Some of the experiments are tempting, though I prefer to steep herbs and spices before and after distilling.
I’m currently working on an uber ale to rival The End of History.
And, perfecting a gin which already has tonic steeped into it.
