0.8Ω vs 1.0Ω vs 1.2Ω coils: how much difference does resistance make?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been looking at the differences between 0.8Ω, 1.0Ω and 1.2Ω coils, especially when it comes to device compatibility, power requirements and vaping characteristics.

In general, resistance is an important specification, but it doesn’t tell the whole story. Coil design, the device’s recommended wattage and airflow can also affect the overall experience.

I’ve put together a technical guide comparing these three resistance levels:

I’d be interested to hear from other vapers: when choosing a replacement coil, do you focus mainly on resistance, the manufacturer’s recommended wattage, or the overall device setup?
