I lost my phone when I was playing football with the dog 
Went straight back when I found out and it was nowhere to be seen.
I asked my daughter via email if she could phone my number in case someone found it.
she would check her email. She did and someone picked up.
The guy was living in my street 
I live in a very quiet area, nobody goes there when they donât live there.
I was so relieved, youâre just fucked without one.

I managed to see a good doctor today and he said my kidney function is really poor, so heâs sending me in to see a urologist/nephrologist soon. I only have one now and apparently how horrible Iâve been feeling is indicative of my failing kidney, so maybe get answers.
My old doctor said everything looked fine, this guy said it needs to be addressed a long time ago

Can you get on a waiting list for a Kidney, Joel? Iâm sure youâve read up on dialysisâŚthere are machines you can run from home, that filter your blood. Good luck

Yeah, I donât think Iâm at the dialysis point yet but he said people usually do recover once having a kidney like mine removed. Mine has not, but he said it should be looked at more and maybe get on a transplant list might be an option. He tossed out a few technical terms but in short the function number is fairly low.
He also wants to get my heart ultrasounds because my pulsirile tenitis isnât caused by inflammation and he think the reason my ability to hear my heart beating all the time might be heart related. I had chest pains after my vaccine so the hesringvissues came after thst

People in the UK need to stock up on dry and tinned goods, there will be shortages in the coming week. Get your asswipe, pet food, stock up on water as well to be safe.
