I managed to put on 400 grams since Saturday. It’s a start.
That’s a good start, though we need to get you into a better munching routine. But, do not use me as an example: My feasting and fasting as I forget to eat is infamous.
Yeah, that’s my main problem too.
Luckily I have a huge fat stockpile to cover me for that: I once went for 6 days and suddenly realised that I hadn’t eaten anything. Well, apart from fruit and olives in cocktails.

Fortunately I don’t have that right now. I’ve never been this skinny before in my entire adult life, but I remember reeking of acetone way back in the past.
I wasn’t eating at all at that time. It just got stuck in my throat.
On top of that I was pretty manic. Pushing myself up 100 times 3 times a day was nothing.
I’m eating now and resting, so it’ll be fine.
That’s good to hear. I hope, pray, and invoke that all goes well in rebuilding your strength. Obviously, I’m always around for those who need a private rant (part of still being a Methodist Preacher).
Duck soup on an oil burner, saving some more energy. Full of duck, potatoes, lentils, chickpeas, cauliflower, garlic, some mixed vegetables for soup and a fair amount of grated cheese after serving.
That will do the trick.
