It’s a world of difference to those dedicated to the medical profession.
As long as you are still 59 everything is hunky-dory. As soon as you cross that line you have entered a danger zone and should be very careful with everything you do.
Fragility is lurking around the corner.

You’re not the only one. That oath is not for times when everything goes fine.
It’s to protect people when things are not going that well.
Most of them just sold us out. I almost died last year because I didn’t trust them.
I stopped taking my thyroid medication in 2021 because I already had it down about 60% after changing my diet.
I didn’t want to have anything to do with these corrupt bastards any longer.
So I discovered I die when I don’t take it. Only called a doctor when I found out I was severely undercooled and slipping away. That was about 9 months later.
I know how long I have when the time comes. 
When they start arm-wrestling with China, our primary supplier of medication, like they did with Russia, our primary supplier of energy, we’re all screwed.
Dying of a lack of thyroid hormone is not too bad. Everything starts winding down.
You just slowly slip into a coma. It goes hand in hand with a feeling of I don’t give a fuck.
It’s like the stories you read about people on the Arctic suffering from undercooling.
They tell them they have to keep moving. You stop moving, you die.
That suits me fine. I wasn’t planning on living forever.
I haven’t been to the vet either to have the dog inoculated. They want to use that bullshit on animals too.
I doubt they will tell us when they start. The dog has an immune system just like I do.

Brother from another mother. 
Thyroid regulates basically everything. I’m still only about 50% of what I was.
You don’t bounce back as quickly once you cross the 60 barrier.

Well, my mind continually tries to convince my body that it’s still 35…unsuccessfully, for the most part
Age is just a number, though(what I tell myself), and I’m alway’s pushing my limit’s, mostly cuz I’m stubborn as hell
